Episode #29: Foot Strength with John Osborne
Today i travelled out to Pursue Health in Highett, Melbourne to speak with John Osborne! John was super generous with his time and I had a great time speaking with him.
John is a Certified Sports Podiatrist (one of only a handful in Australia!), and has a particular interest in foot strength. His PhD, which he is currently undertaking, partly looks at foot strength assessment, application and much more!
We chat about the importance of foot strength and how to best assess it, picking your patients when prescribing foot strength (and treatment modalities generally), where physios can get better in this space, and much more.
Head to https://www.theagilefoot.com.au/ to learn more about John and some of the fantastic work + research he is doing!
A podcast decoding young brains and behavior in a digital world.
