Episode #31: Athletic Low Back Pain with Kellie Wilkie

Dion Kapnias

Today I spoke with Kellie Wilkie all about Athletic Low Back Pain!

Kellie has a wealth of experience in this area, both clinically and in research. Kellie  travelled with the Australian Rowing Team for 9 consecutive years, including being an Australian Olympic Team Physiotherapist for the 2012 London and 2016 Rio games.

Kellie also is Managing Director and Principal Physiotherapist of BODYSYSTEM in Hobart since starting it in 2001.

We speak about important subjective info to gather, useful objective assessments, the role of the kinetic chain, and much more.

I hope you enjoy!
