Episode #38: Exercise for Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy with Josh Naunton

Dion Kapnias

Today I spoke with Josh Naunton all about Exercise for Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy! Josh is a clinician and researcher who is based in Bendigo, Victoria. He completed his PhD investigating the best type of exercise for rotator cuff related shoulder pain; there's probably not too many people better versed to talk about this topic!

We chat about his PhD and what he found, isometrics vs heavy slow resistance vs eccentrics, helping people who are in lots of pain, how important true strength is, and much more.

I hope you enjoy!
